Registration & Accommodation

REGİSTRATİON INFORMATIONS

• VAT 20% will be added to the above mentioned rates.
• Experts, assistants and company representatives must register to attend congress general areas and recorded meetings.
• All registrations are confirmed upon payment. To confirm your registration, please send your receipt to the organization secretariat via e-mail after making your payment.
• In order to benefit from discounted registration fees, registration fees must be deposited into the congress account before June 30, 2024, and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.
• Global Turizm reserves the right to reflect any possible changes in the amounts of taxes, duties and duties on the prices.

ACCOMMODATİON INFORMATIONS

• 2% accommodation tax has been added. to the accommodation fees and 10% VAT will be added.
• All accommodation arrangements for the congress must be made through Global Turizm. If accommodation is not purchased at congress hotels or accommodation is not made through Global Tourism, the external participation fee will be added as a package.
• Registration is not completed without accommodation or external participation.
• Before the congress, the entire accommodation fee must be deposited to the Global Tourism account number specified below.

EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

• 20% VAT will be added to the external participation package price.
• All accommodation arrangements for the congress must be made through Global Turizm. If accommodation is not purchased at congress hotels or accommodation is not made through Global Tourism, the external participation fee will be added as a package. Since entrance to the congress hotel will not be possible if the external participation fee is not paid, we kindly request that the payment be completed before the congress.
