REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• 20% VAT will be added to all registration fees.
• Physicians, assistants, and company representatives must be registered in order to attend the congress venue and scientific sessions.
• Registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, name badge, pocket program, and certificate of attendance.
• Registration cannot be completed without accommodation or an external participation package.
• Participation confirmation will not be issued for participants whose payments have not been completed.
• 10% late payment surcharge will be added to all unpaid balances after the congress dates.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

• Accommodation fee includes 3 nights (check-in: October 15, check-out: October 18) on an ultra all-inclusive basis, coffee breaks, and lunches.
• 2% accommodation tax and 10% VAT will be added to accommodation fees.
• All accommodation arrangements must be made through Global Turizm. If accommodation is not booked at the congress hotels or not arranged via Global Turizm, the external participation package will be added.
• Registration cannot be completed without accommodation or an external participation package.
• Participation confirmation will not be issued for participants whose payments have not been completed.
• 10% surcharge will be applied to all unpaid balances after the congress dates.

EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

• A 20% VAT will be added to the external participation fee.
• All accommodation arrangements for the congress must be made through Global Turizm. If accommodation is not booked at the congress hotels or not arranged through Global Turizm, the external participation package will be added.
• If the external participation fee is not paid, entry to the congress hotel will not be permitted. Therefore, we kindly request that the payment be completed before the congress.

What is the External Participation Fee?
In all-inclusive hotels, food and beverage services in all bars and restaurants are provided free of charge during congress activities as part of the hotel concept. Therefore, identity checks are carried out at hotel entrances, and if participants do not stay at the congress hotel, the hotel charges an external participation fee in return for these services.
If the fee is not paid, entry to the congress hotel will not be permitted. The external participation fee applies to all participants and company representatives and must be paid before the congress.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All refunds will be valid only if notified in writing to Global Turizm.
• Cancellations notified by June 30, 2026 will be refunded at 50%.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations notified after June 30, 2026.
• All refunds will be processed one month after the end of the congress.
